Alright for RragarSC there are two tactics, but Im going to share the most used tactic which is Manly way.
It Consists of 1x Tank, 1x Gater and 6x VoS Spikers. However please note that the same bar the Mesmer and Rit uses for SoOsc can also replace one VoS when needed as a Team Support.

The Tank ~ Assassin
Armour Set Up:
Headset: Blessed Insignia, +3 Shadow Arts Rune and +1 Shadow Arts Headset
Torso: Blessed Insignia, Superior or major Vigor
Hands: Blessed Insignia and Attunement Runes
Pants: Blessed Insignia and Attunement Runes
Legs: Blessed Insignia and Attunement Runes
Weapon Set Up:
Tanking:
1x Martial Weapon with +5 Energy Inscription and 20% Enchant
1x Charrslaying Shield with +45 While Enchant (Shield has a 10 vs Charr)
1x Shield with -2 While Enchant and +45 While Enchant Mods (Mostly for level 3)
NB: Martial Weapon = Sword, axe or Spear
Running:
1x Staff with 20 Energy and 20% Enchantment ~ This is not compulsory just recommendation, I normally run with a Staff.
